BiteNow is a real-time food discovery web app. By using the site, you agree to the following:

• Information is provided “as is”: Venue details, menus, prices, opening hours, and specials may change at any time without notice.
• No guarantees: We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, suitability, or outcomes based on the information shown.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for checking prices, allergens, availability, and conditions directly with the venue.
• Personal use only: BiteNow is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
• Third-party services: Maps and navigation are provided by Mapbox. Their terms apply when you use those features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiteNow and MMLAB SOFTWARE are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from reliance on venue information.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

BiteNow is a web-only app and does not require user accounts. We collect the minimum information necessary for the service to function.

• Location data: Used to show nearby venues. Location is processed to fetch results and is not stored as a continuous location history.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns (e.g. page views, interactions). Data is aggregated and/or pseudonymous.
• Communication: If you contact us or request a correction, we store the information you provide to respond to that request.
• No accounts: We do not collect usernames, passwords, or profiles.

Data may be processed or stored by trusted service providers outside Australia (e.g. analytics, hosting, infrastructure).

You may request access to or deletion of any personal information by contacting: support.

BiteNow uses a small number of cookies:

• Essential: Required for basic security and site functionality.
• Preferences: Remember your last intent or preferred view (e.g. Radar vs List).
• Analytics: Google Analytics cookies help us improve the service.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Continued use of the site indicates consent to cookie use.
